This phase focuses only on the ground floor club design: the façade, entrance experience, lounge atmosphere, seating flow, and main bar. The full building and upper floor presentation can come later after this ground floor direction is approved.

Since the first construction focus is the ground floor, this presentation keeps the customer focused on what will be created first. It shows the ground floor clearly before introducing the complete building, upper open lounge, and VIP floor as the next phase.
